Me and my wife come almost every weekend. Love the experience. One thing we hope happens is the Santikos app allows refunds and often crashes. But besides the app we love palladium.

The place is clean, staff is friendly, nice and roomy, the seats recline way back and very comfortable when watching the movie. Another plus is the bathrooms are kept clean as well

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Wanted to thank the ticket mgr again for giving courtesy tickets to me and my grandchildren. I purchased my tickets online at the Palladium but when I arrived at the ticket counter the young lady said I had actually purchased the tickets for the Huebner Oaks theater. She called the ticket mgr who then came over and reviewed my purchase; he looked at his watch and saw that the movie at the other theater started 10 min before the one at the Palladium. He then proceeded to give me the complimentary seats for the movie I thought I had purchased. Thank you so much for helping us out. My grandchildren ages 8 and 3 and I truly appreciate it. I will definitely recommend this theater to friends and family.

Santikos Palladium is always clean and the employees are always friendly. My wife loves the VIP experience because the diviiders makes it feel like we are there by ourselves. The prices are fair as compared to the competition.
