We were a little uneasy at first due to my moms allergies to certain spices so I started asking employees about the spices in the food. I am guessing that when one employee didn’t seem to concerned Ivan came to us at the bar and asked if someone had allergies to certain food items. He was very concerned and said he would find out what and what could not be made. He came back and gave us our options and then stated that he was not our server but would let our server know. I told him I didn’t want anyone but him. He said he would ask. He took very good care of us the rest of the evening. Thank you again Ivan for a wonderful experience.

Clean and always professional staff. One thing that I was upset with is when you walk out the door of the theater, when the staff opens the door and puts the door holder “leg” “lever” down, please make sure the staff puts it down when they close the door.
I left to get a popcorn refill during the movie and it appears they left it out half way. Omg that stubbed my right foot pinky toe. I was wearing thin tennis shoes and it hurt so much, I actually was limping to get a refill to the popcorn stand and back. And during the rest of the movie I was in total pain.
I don’t want to make a big deal about it but my toe was blue. I just don’t want it to happen to other people or kids

My family and I encountered an issue and brought it to the attention of the manager who brushed us off, so I took it to the next level and was in contact the whole time and was listened too and given the opportunity to speak. Santikos made the incident right and was amazing with customer service and my family and I appreciate Edward at The Palladium. He is an amazing manager and takes his job seriously!
