The friendly staff is great, but the refreshments are what the kids like. The seating is comfortable and you don't feel like you crowded. It was a great experience all around.

Wonderful service. Very comfortable seating. Sound is great. Tasty popcorn. Drink refill station available, clean, and full of selections. Fun atmosphere. Options for seating/theater type. The reserved seating allows me to know what to expect and ensure my guests and I can sit next to one another.
Main factors why I chose Santikos, specifically the Palladium, are the comfy reclining seats, great sound, and yummy popcorn/Icees. Also, the Santikos environmental is fun and more comfortable than other theaters.

We liked new service in VIP Theater 18, and privacy of seat arrangement in 18. Though we were surprised at higher ticket prices for 18, that we did not know in advance. We did enjoy the popcorn. Generally, we like the Palladium. Thank you.

The process to get our tickets takes too long. Before, there were kiosks that we could print out our preordered tickets and promptly walk in to watch our movie. Now, there are only 2 kiosks inside and if you stuck behind someone who is trying to decide what movie they want to watch, there is no telling how long you'll be waiting. Same as if you were trying to get your tickets from the Customer Service desk. A more fluid and quicker access to getting your tickets would be an upgrade. Other than that, everything is pretty good. My wife and I love the themed drinks. unfortunately, not every premiere movie has a specialty drink but we take what we can get.

It's still my favorite theater. I don't like the price increases on AVX, but otherwise I'm very happy with my trips to this theater.

Very comfortable, clean everywhere, including the restrooms. Great popcorn (expensive though). You may consider having 2for1 or discounted multiple shows for seniors ( like in CA theaters)
