I love the VIP theaters where I can just order as many times as I need to and stay seated in private seating with my little light switch option and recline, it's now my go to movie theater. I love the privacy of the two seat sections with personal lamps and a button to order food. Service is wonderful the food is great! I really love that I don't have to get up to refill the drinks or popcorn now we just need our own personal bathroom in the theater LOL

I almost like everything about Santikos, the friendly service, the cleanliness of the theaters and restrooms. The one thing that I don’t really like or appreciate is the checking of women’s bags the reason for that is because I noticed they don’t check every woman’s purse. It seems as though they pick and choose almost profiling. I am told the reason for checking a woman’s bag or any bag is to look for weapons which I don’t believe because men carry guns in their boots, their jackets, their jeans and a metal detector would take care of that problem. I think the reason is to check and see if people are bringing in outside food in that case my suggestion would be don’t worry about it. The majority of people are not gonna bring in outside food. All you are doing is getting people upset. Another thing y’all could do is maybe have healthier options

The people who work there are very nice and courteous. The seats lean back a little more than I would prefer based on the placing of the legs.
