We like how comfy the seats are and the tables for your food are very convenient. The popcorn is always excellent and we really like the burgers. In fact, we think that the burgers are the best in San Antonio!

Theater was clean and employees we encountered were friendly. Movie was shown on time and nothing out of the ordinary happened. Safety wise— I hope that Santikos Palladium continues to ensure the safety of their patrons by hiring police to watch out for suspicious behavior and continue to check bags on the way in.

It’s was cleaned but it was the first time we experienced our Oder was wrong for food and alcohol drink. I order the blue drink that was special and the young man I guess he poured a
Little to o much alcohol so the young lady came over and just pour it to another container after it’s been sitting on ice and pour the rest down the drain which it was very little but anyway my drink was water down and it’s taste awful . I didn’t go back because the movie was going to start . 2 .I order fries pickles and they were greasy I drip it so over my clothes 3 my husband Oder a pretzel with our point and never got it . I don’t know if she use our point or she didn’t order it . I just don’t know if they were probably training .
