Raul at the customer service desk was helpful and friendly. He held onto two tickets for my son who was late meeting us at the theater. The concession crew were very friendly and did a great job handling the crowd.

Love the theater and love the charitable giving. I see on average one movie a month at the palladium. I wish as a frequent movie goer I could book online without a transaction fee. Or, since I usually get concessions, give it back immediately as a discount on concessions. Just a thought.
