I had a grievance regarding a movie event I went to see and was contacted by Santikos management regarding the issue. I was impressed with the attitude and explanation to my concerns and am more than satisfied with the results.

Excellent customer service. Cleanliness of the lobby, restrooms and theatres. Fresh popcorn and variety of drinks is a plus.
