I’m a huge santikos supporter, it’s the only theaters I go to. But this past visit at the palladium was… interesting. Literally every person working seemed to not have a clue what they were doing. They were unfriendly and just straight up awkward. Like me ordering from them and asking questions was an inconvenience.
Doesn’t mean I won’t be back by any means. But employee training may need to be more improved?

I like that I expressed some concerns to the theater, management read them and assured me things were in the works to improve them. This shows me the theater is listening to it's customers and addressing their comments. That is some awesome customer service.
