The atmosphere and how extremely clean the whole theater was including inside the theater where I watched the movie. It was spotless and really enjoyed my time there along with the arcade area was fun and very clean too.

Always a great experience. Clean, friendly, and organized. My family has always been taken care of beyond common expectations, no matter which location we visit. The fact that Santikos partners with the Area Foundation is something I cherish as well.

Came in for a late evening film and had time to enjoy a draft beer. Jennifer the bar tender was very pleasant. She was very attentive without being too hovering. It was the first time I enjoyed a beer before a film. She made the evening just that much more enjoyable.

The response from the management team after a not so great experience was beyond exceptional
The employees were quick and clean appearance. Theater was clean & in good repair. Picture and sound quality were excellent. Bathroom was clean & stocked. My only complaint were multiple garbages were overflowing, but it was extremely busy.

The heart of entertainment as far as we are concerned. We love the size of the cinema halls and the comfortable seats with ample walking space between rows. The laser projection system allows for a great 4k experience. The concessions stand is a little bit pricey but I guess that is common everywhere.
We love watching movies here and would highly recommend movie watchers to experience Santikos if you havent already.
THEATER AND FOOD
The Palladium is a great studio.
Staff is always friendly. Food is delicious. Snacks are fresh. Seating is comfortable, not crowded, with plenty of leg room. Clean lobby, theatres, and bathrooms.

Had to cancel movie plans due to illness. When I called the number on my ticket, the girl was very helpful in getting my refund. Only the online surcharge was not refunded. The rest was refunded in just a couple of days.
Palladium is where I always go to see movies. I love being able to pick out seats in advance. I have always had good experiences when there.

Tha only thing is that you should not discriminate on the $5 mondays for us veterans, you say $5 but it doesn’t include all showings, if it’s not shown at a regular size screen you have to pay regular price even though it’s supposed to be hyped up as $5 Monday
