Social distancing is very available.
All the amazing social distancing measures!! From buying tickets, to spaced out seatings! Loved all the food stand precautions which helped keep everything extra clean as well as someone serving the fountain drinks, oh and my popcorn was freshly made, not left overs from the night before (since I went to an early viewing). I know it’s not ideal for the business but I kind of wish this was my experience every time. Thank you for going great lengths to keep us safe!

The seating is nice and I love that you guys are following the social distancing rules. I feel safe coming here.
I've missed the Palladium. Even though it is put of our way, it is my son and my own favorite theater!! The experience all around is good from the service to the employees to the cleanliness and friendliness.
Its clean, everyone who works there is friendly. The space is well kept and comfortable. Movies look and sound great. Staff are helpful.

I sure have missed Santikos. Here's how much: I saw 118 films on screen in 2019, most of which were at the Embassy & Bijou. I go to many Fathom Events (TCM, Met, BTS concerts, documentaries) and enjoy Flashback Cinema. At the Embassy, I miss Micah because she just-about had a drink ready for me at the bar when I walked in the door. Other than grocery shopping at Ft Sam or HEB every ten days or so, both requiring sanitizing, masks & social distance, I hadn't left the house. I was curious about how Santikos would handle reopening and I was super-impressed. Thank you, Tim, and those at Santikos who made it possible.

The safety precautions your staff is taking in order to keep everyone safe.
It felt safe. All the employees wore masks and the theater seemed clean. You had seated groups so that none of us were close to other groups. My only complaint is it would have been nice to have more than 1 person preparing drinks. We went at a slow time so maybe you usually do.
They are doing an awesome job in this pandemic. Cannot wait til they’re more open!!
