Everytime I go to the Palladium (the closest theater to me) I always find the whole process to be very smooth! From getting tickets at guest services to getting my snacks at the concession, there is nothing but a great attitude from everyone that works there and that is what really matters. It's the employees that make your movie experience that much more enjoyable, so thank you for always giving me and my lady a great experience everytime we go see a movie!

I liked they there wasn’t many people and it was VERY clean! Staff was friendly! However I would like to see newer movies soon! And oh bring back Pretzels! Lol Other than that, no complaints!

I greatly appreciate yall assigning an associate to greet us at the door and opening the door for us so that we don't have to touch the door handles. I believe I had only been to the palladium once before the remodel so I don't really remember what it was like before, but I greatly enjoyed the atmosphere, the reclining chairs and swinging table at chair.

Great price of $5 for a movie going on now and some are fairly recent films. Also, the place is cleaned so well to help us be safe with COVID 19 concerns and safety.

I love the Santikos brand so much. All the theaters are top notch. Thank you for allowing me to see The Wretched for free yesterday (I’m a loyalty member). Y’all are my favorite movie theater company in the whole world. I hope you’re able to survive covid.

Very great. I liked how attentive the staff was to distancing guidelines. It was great to see a movie again! The first person who greeted us was James and he set a great tone for our visit.

All staff we encountered went above and beyond especially the guy that came to fix my seat that didn’t recline. At one point I told him it wasn’t a big deal but he insisted and he had it fixed in just a couple of minutes. Then we realized he was also the guy that took our food order! We will continue to support Santikos.
