What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Santikos is a great theatre chain. We most often go to Palladium, but have been to Casa Blanca, Silverado, and Cibolo. We went the first day open after Quarantine and were impressed with all the safety measures and appreciated the $5 movie tickets, popcorn, large drinks and margaritas. We were excited to see Trolls 2 World Tour. We have since been back to see showings at Cibolo (Lego Movie, Batman Lego), Casa Blanca (ET) and last night at Palladium we saw Back to the Future. There was a glitch, but that's ok, we are happy to support Santikos. Both my husband and I worked at Santikos in high school/college. In addition, we also understand the relationship between Santikos and the San Antonio Area Foundation. So, we are happy to support Santikos any chance we get. My only comment is the website/app, sometimes on the website I can't purchase tickets easily, so we use the app. And on the app, we can't see our reward credits or free movies. Just something to think about, but by no means an inconvenience. Thank you for all you do and the wonderful staff!

There was only 1 person at window so it took a while to get our tickets but we missed going to the movies so we were fine with it. Glad your back!

When you re-opened, you sent us free tickets in email even though I used those tickets once not all of them, I sincerely appreciate that you still care of your movie customers. We hope to see some good movies when they come out. We enjoy Santikos.

I feel comfortable going to Santikos due to the strict enforcement of distance seating, not allowing people to get their own bottled drinks. I am surprised that they did open the drink station

The atmosphere is very grand, and the seating with reclining option is very comfortable, the mini table attached is a plus! My family and I will definitely visit more often.
