SANTIKOS is my favorite movie theatre -- and I am so glad the PALLADIUM is open again ... I'm thankful to be working from home and to still have my job -- and my health! -- but I have been going stir-crazy ... it was SO GOOD to get out of the house for a few hours yesterday afternoon -- long over-due movie experience ... a great snack and soda -- I plan to come back this week-end ... I hope y'all are making some money or at the very least breaking-even ... THANK YOU THANK YOU for being open ... things will get better! -- lookin' forward to WONDER WOMAN and JAMES BOND later this year! -- BE SAFE!
Very professional and well thought out way to open and to protect the public.
Genuine care and concern by the staff for audience safety was prevalent for all.
Theater was throughly cleaned and comfortable as I saw recent release 1917 that was on my watch list.
Special movie and concession pricing made it more appealing for me.
The Palladium is not my closest Santikos theater but was well worth the drive and I plan to return soon.
Staff even asked for my rewards card so they are focused and well trained.
Clean, extremely comfortable, always well managed. Good food and drink, but too expensive!

First thing is that you are open again. The seperation in the theaters is great and safe.

2. Always clean, staff very helpful and polite--never noticed how much the "normal" way reduced contact with staff.
$5.00 movie, $5.00 large popcorn and $5.00 large drink. What is not to love?
Very accommodating and helpful. Was still enjoyable even during these tough times. I would like to see at least a few options for single people when it comes to the popcorn. A large bucket is a bit much for a single person.

Santikos was on top of the social physical distancing from person to person. Very few people in the theatre - more importantly, it felt and smelled much cleaner than normal.
The cleanliness and staff are very friendly.

The VIP seating is my favorite thing
Felt very virus free there. Loved how the doors were opened so I didn't have to touch them, including restroom doors. There was lots of space between people. Loved seeing alot of employees coming in afterwards to clean the theater. Will DEFINITELY be back! Have missed being able to go to the movies!
