What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I've gone once and it was a positive experience
My daughter went another time and one of the staff spoke too sternly about something she didn't know. I know there are rules, but they need to be spoken in a respectful manner always whether it is to adults or teens.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

If only there was an option to wash your hands or more sanitizing dispensers. Plus, Advertisement Of seats being cleaned daily and in between movies. With approved COVID materials plus hepa filters for a/c. If no bathroom hand washing materials (water/soap) then wipes... plz keep in mind if people eating foods popcorn nachos after using these materials. Transfer of chemicals..

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

It was good to be back in a movie theater. Every employee was following the CDC guidelines. Everything was in order. I felt at ease to go to a movie again.

I wish the santikos at embassy oaks was open!! The seats are roomy and the bar are is so much nicer than the palladium location.

Everything was very well organized and the staff was very informative and helpful. Saw the staff cleaning The theatre area after the movie was over .Have no reservation about going back. The concession was very well organized

It was an awesome experience. This was the first time I'd watched a horror movie in IMAX and it was incredible. The theater was well maintained as well and it was nice to see the attention to guests was still present, despite the disappointing lack of patronage.
