I love the Palladium. I think they are doing a good job handling the COVID-19 pandemic.
Staff members have a bad attitude and are poor at customer service but the company overall is good.

The seats in the iMax were MORE comfortable than the recliner seats in the other theaters. They weren't recliners but the seats themselves were more comfortable. If the recliners actually reclined instead of rotated, resulting in a flatter, more reclined surface, it would be easier on the back for a 2 hour movie.

I loved all the Covid precautions after being stuck
In the house for months it was nice to get out and feel like all the precautions where taken for our safety!

I was a little disappointed the food quality definitely wasn’t the same. 😔

The palladium is nice. We enjoy the reclining seats. Would like to get back to normal seating and no masks though.

I did not realize how much I missed the movie experience until viewing Interstellar on IMAX screen. I definitely recommend It.

Went again and Imax sound wasn't set up correctly. Let the staff know and they didn't do much because they couldn't supposedly. We had no left or right front channels and bass was super low.
