Convenient and quick ticket purchasing at the theater. Friendly staff keeping environment safe and clean. Plenty of space between my family and the next guest in the theater.

It is without a doubt the best theatre in the world, second only to the seattle cinerama. Everything makes your experience next level, and, quite frankly, I only go to movies because of the Palladium.

The staff was very accommodating & courteous especially during these unprecedented times where the constant "eye" is upon everyone, especially, in a place where a viral contact/exposure could occur. They appear to be following all the set guidelines as well as protocols to make both a safe yet enjoyable experience. This was the first time I have been back to any movie theater in several months.
