First time to the theater since before Covid. We had a great time. I think the spacing was a little generous. I would have been comfortable with more people in there. Otherwise I like your other safety protocols.
The ease of purchasing tickets and the wonderful greeting at the door. The facility was very clean and safety measures well observed. Loved everything about the visit.

The clean facility and helpfulness of the staff. The speakers were just too loud for the movie Tenet. Makes it hard to enjoy the movie.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The butter for the popcorn is the best. You could see employees cleaning in the soda and butter area.

We’ve been going to Santikos since they reopened a few months ago. Once in the theater, we never felt like it was unsafe to do so. Social distancing is in place, spaces out seating is used, gloves are provided at the beverage stations, and the team members are incredibly helpful and have positive attitudes. I’ve never witnessed any contention about the mask policy, I’m assuming it’s because they are very clear about it up front, and do not waiver.
Santikos is going out of there way to allow us to go back to the movies! We really missed it. There are some movie experiences that only work in a dark theatre with a large bucket of popcorn.

Gloves for soda machine nice touch that way hands stay clean to eat with. Foot hooks on bottom of doors would help reopening them during in and out bathroom breaks. So clean popcorn eating persists.
I picked up to go, lol, and they helped me to my car with the drinks and popcorn. With this era of Covid, we don’t go out much but we try and support our local business and much as we can. $50 worth of popcorn and drinks is definitely forth bring the theater to the house.

The theater seats were extremely comfortable and the restroom was very clean. My only complaint is that the sound during the previews was too loud for the small theater.

I love everything about the Palladium. Everything is new and clean and nice, we love the private love seats and the AVX. We don’t know how we’ll ever switch back to a normal theater again. Every food item we’ve ordered from them has been SO GOOD!

We have gone to Santikos Palladium Theatre since it opened. It has ultra comfortable reclining seating and good climate control. A great variety of snacks is available and the staff always helpful. For a great entertainment experience, this is the place to go when you're in the mood for a movie.
