I like that they still reserve seats around you which made me feel comfortable attending a movie. Granted I saw a matinee show but the whole theater felt clean.

I love the drink machines, it makes it so much easier to get a refill fast during a movie. Plus the friendly people. I was late for my movie just this week and ended up in the wrong theater, but didn't realize it until the 2 hour movie was over in 1 hour. So I went to the front desk and they were very helpful in getting me a ticket to another viewing, even offered a different movie if I wanted. I live in Blanco and there are theaters closer to me, but Santikos is the only theater I go to. I've lived in Austin and Houston as well as worked around the country. I enjoy going to the movies and do so quite often. I've been to United Artists, Regal, Cinemark, AMC, Landmark and Premiere to name a few, and Santikos is without a doubt the best movie theater chain I've even been too and is by far my favorite movie theater. Keep up the good work.

Everything. The venue itself, menu selection, theater size, and the comfortable seats. Favorite part is seat selection and ticket purchasing in app., No hurry to get to the theater and find a seat. My favorite seat is where I go every time. Thanks!!

The fact that you are open, no mask required, and the theatre is always clean.
Being able to rent out the whole theater gave us an opportunity to experience what life was like before covid. We didn’t have to worry if the person near us was wearing a mask or if they were vaccinated or not.... it was very comforting knowing it was just us there.
