I liked the whole environment experience. Everyone wore masks, and it was only card transaction in order to reduce germs being passed.

Quick service , clean facilities, only thing missing is lower priced concessions. You’d make up the price in quantity if the basic popcorn drink combo was lower. Or at least the side items like nachos and candy.

Paladium has always been amazing, the staff is always alert and attentive. Cleanliness is on point and the theaters from the smallest to the biggest are at a comfortable temperature thru the whole movie

Conscientiously and beautifully maintained theaters front to back top to bottom. Strict adherence to COVID protocols. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

However, VERY little deference to seniors and veterans on ticket prices—particularly matinee prices. You can do WAY BETTER!!

I love the great selections of movies every week along with Santikos commitment to safety during the pandemic! My Mom and I enjoy Movie Mondays practically every week! It’s our way to unwind and just enjoy ourselves! The food is an additional treat! Buffalo wings, pepperoni pizza and the Philly cheesesteaks are our favorites!
