It’s always clean. I did like reserving a private room. We plan on doing that again if possible.

The place was so super clean - seats were comfy - staff was amazing - just an overall relaxing and wonderful experience. Santikos is our go to theatre always because they consistently knock it out of the park in terms of experience and cleanliness.

Excellent customer service, very clean facility, and social distancing. The cleaning crew was always available as well as the hosts. The food service was excellent and employees asked great questions to ensure my family and I were happy with our selections. Thank you for an awesome experience!

We sat in the couples seats with a barrier and pressed the food order button 20 minutes before the movie started and no one ever came. Also, the bar upstairs was closed. I was hoping for my husband and I to grab something to eat and drink before the movie started.

Palladium is my preference for a movie theater. I like the atmosphere and ability to have more private seating arrangements.

I enjoyed the event, meeting new people. It was fun to get out, try a new beer and support locally. We very much like Santikos, not just because it's close and clean but more so for for what it does for the San Antonio community.
I would rather spend our money at Santikos knowing it will be returned within our community some way some how.

Primarily, that the theaters are opened again. I continue to appreciate the seating in the theaters.

The FREEDOM!!!! Y’all have kept us entertained since right after everything went into lockdown. Y’all had the bravery to bring some sense of normalcy while everyone else was too timid to open. We watched all the Harry Potter movies during that time. We recently watched Mortal Kombat and A Quiet Place 2. You have our loyalty as customers. Thanks for the good times so far and the good times to come.

Clean facility. The aroma of popcorn fills the foyer. Fresh products to enjoy and reclining seats makes the experience grreat.

The theater was clean and everyone was extremely friendly and as with every time I've gone to the palladium it was a great experience

It was actually my first time visiting the theater. Liked it very much.

It feels so great to go back to the theaters. I feel very safe with the COVID-19 response and I think the staff members are doing their best to make sure guests are taken care of. Again, it feels awesome to go back and see a premiere. Best movie theaters ever!
