Everything! Best movie theater in San Antonio! The Philly cheesesteak sandwich is absolutely scrumptious. The arcade is is addicting and a lot of fun.

The customer service is great and the theaters are very clean. Lighting and audio are great. The seats in the actual IMAX theater could be better, though.

Always been favorite theatre and just being able to go back was a joy in itself. Even though movie we saw was on Netflix we wanted the theater experience back.

As a long time patron, I've come to love the movie experience at Santikos because I enjoy the private VIP seating with my companion. I'm pleased with the cleanliness of the theater and the comfort provided with the reclining chairs.

I do hope that the establishment will resume to normal operations now that the pandemic is nearly over. I have always enjoyed the personal touch of ordering our entrees and being pampered by your hardworking staff. It definitely is a wonderful luxury.

One more thing, I'd be very appreciative if the theater would be air conditioned at least one half hour prior to show time. Walking into a warm theater diminishes the overall ambience of the movie experience.

I'm very glad to be a part of your clientele and hope to enjoy the movie experience for years to come.

We love the reclining seats, movable recliner trays, surround sound and overall comfort you get while watching your movie. Tickets were purchased online and was a breeze. Popcorn could have used some attention as it tasted old. Our family enjoys the Santikos experience especially when it’s the palladium.
