Great theater. Very clean. Great seats and good offering of latest movies. Staff is friendly and helpful from tickets buying to concession stand. We only go to Santikos theaters.

My younger brother and I grew up on Mortal Kombat and he was able to get the vaccine so we decided (once the vaccine effective date was official) to go to the theater. We were so excited and, while the concession stand was busy, we loved the spaced out seating within the theater. The concession stand was pretty efficient (our line took a bit longer b/c the people ordering couldn't decide what they wanted once they were up there) so we were able to get to our seats way before the previews ended. It felt semi normal and we said we would even love to be able to keep social distancing a thing after COVID is over :-D Great job at keeping the theater clean and safe feeling while we navigate through this pandemic!!!!

Customer Service was great going into the theatre and at the front desk area where I gave my blu ray for showing. They even said we could enter the theatre a bit earlier, which was very exciting news!

The weather had turned unexpectedly bad, with flash flooding likely, so I felt it best to avoid traveling in that weather. I called the Santikos Customer Care number to seek a refund, and Austen patiently and helpfully walked me through the steps. I've been a loyal patron of Santikos for 14 years, and this is the very first time I've ever needed to ask for a refund, and you came through for me. Santikos, you're awesome, and you'll continue to have my business for years to come!
The staff was great and knowledgeable about where we needed to go and how promptly we should be in our seats. Overall a clean theater and a relaxing atmosphere all around.

Amazing customer service. Chris the assistant manager took time to answer our questions about the rewards program and ordering food and another person directed us where to go when we were lost and the manager listened to our kudos and also helped us when we couldn’t find something (this place is huge and we hadn’t been to a movie theatre in a long time). No one made us wear masks or made us feel uncomfortable about it. It was an absolutely amazing experience and I have been telling all of my family and friends that the drive is worth it (we don’t live in San Antonio). We will absolutely be returning.
