During my visit, I was at the concession stand when the lights flickered and all cash registers had to be reset. I was waiting patiently to pay but the systems were slow to re-boot. Instead of keeping me waiting the employee told me my small popcorn and M&Ms were on the house. Yay!! Great customer service!!!

The quality seating and great food options are some of the best in town. Staff are friendly, fast and efficient. They never forget to ask me for my loyalty account, which is another key reason why I choose Santikos.
PS - it’s time to upgrade the IMAX theater and seats. It’s also time to bring Silverado seats up to par.

The only negative was that the room where you get drinks smelled like a dirty bathroom. It’s pretty gross smelling.
I like that the Santikos has kiosks to purchase tickets and has a good number of clean bathrooms.
I love how clean and cool the theater always is. The food is fresh and delicious. A little pricey at times but it’s nice to get rewards for purchases which helps. The front desk is also very helpful and kind. Overall great experience
