Loved it. Great experience. The bartenders were super nice, but the cleaning staff not so much. Over heard some racist inappropriate jokes, but the experience overall was great.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Since it opened,The Palladium IMAX readily became the only place in San Antonio we’d go out to see movies. Then, Covid hit, and we quit most everything, especially frivolous things like entertainment. Even though fully vaccinated, we’re immune compromised and are extremely cautious where we go (other than medical visits). Recently, we’ve selectively ventured out on one of our favorite “dates” - seeing a couple movies which were theater only releases. No longer working, we’ve been fortunate to have had the opportunity to reserve seats for daytime showings in the middle of the week. Each time, we’ve found only 1-2 other couples, who were seated far away from us. In addition, staff remains professional and diligent about adhering to Santikos’s covid precautions and thorough cleaning. We realize their staffing during these showings is reduced, but admittedly, we miss the VIP theaters and/or sections at the back; however, we’re appreciative of these enjoyable opportunities to safely get out!

We haven’t been to your theatre since covid but truly enjoyed our return. Your employees are exceptionally pleasant and make me feel they are glad you’re there.
The seats are very comfortable & bathrooms very clean - constantly cared after.

We had a great experience at the palladium! The people at the concessions were very friendly and welcoming. I have been other times where that was not the case. This particular visit was great!
