What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I had a question about online ticket-buying, so I called. The Customer Service Rep at the phone number was excellent and cleared up everything for me, and I was on my way! [NOTE TO SANTIKOS: My only complaint is that Santikos no longer takes CASH — legal tender in the USA— forcing us to use a credit card. “Bad form, Pan!”]

There is no other Movie Theater like the Palladium. From the special tremendous as soon as you come in the doors, food court bar , cleanest bathrooms and especially fantastic services!

It’s cleanness everywhere you look. That’s including the restrooms. The leaning back seats, to make you get comfortable from beginning to end of movie. You’re friendly staff.

I had weight loss surgery in January so I’m always carrying my water container which has necessary antioxidants. The manager was kind in allowing me to bring in my water container!

Back in the 1980’s Mr Santiko spoke to my high school class and he emphasized that a quality experience guarantees return customers. I’m glad his family has continued his dream. Santikos Palladium is a great theater and I always love my experience there. Thank you.

Food was pretty good, seats were clean, comfortable and roomy, and video and audio were excellent. I especially appreciate that all profits go to support local charities.

I love movies and like coming. The staff are polite and helpful.
I dont like the new point system, it seems excessive tbat l have to watch 25 to 30 movies before l get a free one !! When you changed over l had eight free movies saved up, now l barely have 3 !!
