I truly loved this theater. I was just going to the Casa Blanca location, but the Palladium is now my favorite. The staff ras very courteous and the theater was very clean. Only complaint would be that my popcorn wasn't fresh.

It’s so lovely. We go all the time and enjoy it immensely. The only thing is we had 2 movie passes but they expired 3/31 and honestly I’m a travel nurse and couldn’t get home to use it. I really wanted them to give us a grace period but they wouldn’t. I don’t understand why there’s an expiration on movie passes.
Always a great experience, staff is kind and helpful. When I picked up my order, the attendant cutting the pizza offer help to figure out using the QR code in machine.
Soda machines were clean, place looks is getting maintenance.

We always have a great experience at all of your theaters. The staff is friendly, the theaters are clean, and the projection and sound options (AVX, IMAX, ATMOS, etc) are the best in the city. We also appreciate all the community outreach and support.
