What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Everything was fine. The only issue were our fries were too salty and the wife’s nachos barely had any cheese. Besides that everything else was fine.

Always a great place to have drinks and watch a movie. When a movie is out we want to see, the Palladium is the only location we choose to go. Everyone working there is helpful and make you feel welcome. Really helps having the loyalty program, too!

I find the service is always very friendly. I am glad that the restroom is well kept, even for a late movie, as this was not always the case. I wish the IMAX seats reclined, but that's just personal preference. For that reason, the AVX theaters are my favorite.

The VIP theater was a nice experience. Although the furniture and space was a bit worn, I really liked that when you're watching the movie you can't see any of the other movie watchers. I also love that you can order food from your seat and no kids.

We live close to Casa Blanca. But we chose to drive out of our way to go to the Palladium now as Casa Blanca has fallen in disarray and customer service. The Palladium offers outstanding service and their theatre's are up to par and in working condition. Thank you for caring about your patrons.

Movie experience was good and easy. I enjoyed my popcorn and my drink while watching the movie ! Amazing surround sound. Sonic was a great movie

Modern amenities like IMAX, recliner seats, ATMOS, real food besides just popcorn, two bars (one upstairs and one downstairs), VIP seating, easy to use APP, all profits go to San Antonio Area Foundation, employee pay is good, 401k, school reimbursement and video game arcade.

The theater was clean. The seats were very comfortable. I was glad that the volume of the audio for the movie was not extremely loud. We always have courteous customer service throughout the theater

Overall it was one of the better experiences we have had at Santikos. From the east parking, to the nice and helpful staff at concessions to the cleanliness of the theater itself (the drink area was horribly sticky).
Sound, and visuals were great, and staff was polite upon exiting which was nice.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The room was very cozy and you had a table and could put all your food and drinks down in front of you. You had the choice of putting your feet in the air or leave them on the ground without bothering anybody in front of you. I could see the movie screen clearly in the dark and the sound was very sharp without being too loud.
