I was there pre pandemic and I loved it ! I was going to go last night but I was too tired to drive in from Kerrville. It was my free birthday movie pass.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love everything about going to the Palladium! The menu, the service, and the actual theaters… I recently had to go to a competitors theater due to Santikos being sold out, and hopefully will never have to go that again.

I might suggest giving priority ticket purchasing to loyalty members, and cooling the theaters a little more. They’re a bit too warm.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

As a long time customer, we really enjoy VIP seating. Unfortunately this time, complimentary popcorn was no longer offered which we looked forward to it. Aside from that, staff is always friendly. Drinks from the bar are spot on, as well as food!

Living near The Rim, I enjoy the convenience of not having to travel far, especially this time of year, There is also ample parking. The theater itself is clean, and the concessions amenities are readily acessible whether one's movie is to the right or the left, The recliner seats were very comfortable, and the sound quality was clear and easy to hear. At my age, that is very important.

I needed to update my email, and the young lady at the customer service desk was most helpful.

Looking forward to my next visit.

I had planned to use some free movie tickets that I received prior to Covid. Santikos no longer honors those due to changes from the pandemic, but the manager on duty still honored one of the tickets. It was very thoughtful and she didn’t even have to do that. I was very impressed. GREAT customer service.

i appreciate the assistance i received at the customer service desk. I booked the wrong time slot, they were happy to exchange it. They also made me aware I had a free ticket. The associates was very customer service oriented. This is why I love going to the Palladium. Thank you!!!!
