I love the Core Yoga 2 classes the best. I find them to be harder and better for you. I wish this location had Core Yoga 3 classes and also had 75 - 90 minute classes.

CorePower is so fun! I love how it’s not just hot yoga. It’s a mix of all types of yoga and weight training yoga along with strength classes!!

I am a huge fan of Core Power at Fashion Island. The ease of location, pleasing physical environment and overall warm and welcoming community are some of the reasons I am such a fan. From the moment I walk in the door I am warmly greeted and made to feel at home. Everyone is so kind and then there is the yoga. The infrared heat at this studio suits my body perfectly. It is hot but not overwhelming. The classes are professional, always taught with care and the variety of levels makes this the perfect spot for all. I love my yoga community here:)
I have been going to core power for more than 700 classes and it’s still never feels easy. I always feel challenged and so good after the class. The instructors are amazing and bring in their own individual touch. I love that there’s so many classes throughout the day and different kinds as well. Becoming a member was the best decision.!!!

Amazing, energetic class. D'Andre's sculpt class is my very favorite! Great music and fun flows and drills. No wonder this class is always full. Made my day to wake up and actually see an available spot!
The only negative thing I have is I took a class
With Wendy.Marie on Friday and there was a couple in the back that continued to go in and out at least 10 times during HPF. this is extremely disrespectful and disruptive to others. Additionally they do their
Own workout and do not do what the class is doing which is also disruptive to others. My hope is
Someone with speak with them.
I told Wendy about it and she said to talk to Danica because she has complained about them before and nothing has happened. They continue this behavior. Thank you.
Personal attention
I was thoroughly impressed by Ren and her calm and confident demeanor and teaching skills. She led a fantastic class.
The instructor very good liked the bathrooms were clean. Girls seemed very sweet.
