Mockingbird is my favorite studio because of size (bigger) and instructors are top notch. The lack of heat for 3 weeks though has caused me to go to other studios
I love the music that the instructors pick for the movement and the temperature makes it feel like you are relaxed, but working hard.
Really great workout, quality teachers, very clean facility and equipment, kind and welcoming staff— absolutely a turnkey workout. I am 59 and have lived through step, running, yoga, sculpt, dance classes, etc and am finally inspired to workout again after taking CorePower classes!
My instructor - Devin! She is so positive (even at 6 in the morning) and makes everyone feel welcome. She is a great instructor and her arms segments are killer!

Everything. Instructors are amazing athletes with great routines that force you to push yourself. Truly inspirational. Studios are clean. Staff/instructors are always friendly. Couldn’t ask for more. Love this place.

I like all the teachers, location, space and classes. I do wish there were more options/times for C2. Some days only have one C2 class and if you can’t make that time you can’t go at all. I have a membership but only do C2 classes so I just wish I had more options of times

I wanted to clarify that any negative feedback shown under my name for Blake’s C1 class was a mistake—I accidentally tapped the wrong buttons in the app. Blake taught an excellent C1 class, and I genuinely enjoyed it. Thank you, Blake, for such a wonderful experience.
I loved the vibes and energy of the classes! Working out in groups id my favorite especially when there’s a lot of good energy. The instructor I had was amazing and the energy she brings is everything. My daughter showed me core power yoga and I just can’t let it go now! I recommend it to anyone 1000%!
I really enjoyed my experience at CorePower Yoga. The class was definitely challenging, but in a way that kept me fully engaged and motivated—it pushed my limits in the best way. The instructor was friendly, clear, and easy to follow, which made a big difference. The studio itself was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located, so getting there was easy. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I’d definitely go back.
