Student Testimonials
The combined class was a unique structure to a sculpt class. I also lived the instructors!
Ruby is one of the best teachers in the CorePower Yoga corporation. Her flow, as usual was smooth, difficult (but not too difficult as there were a couple of new students in the class), energetic, and creative. It was filled with asanas that framed her discussion of the 3rd Chakra. Her teaching style is, as always, easy and comfortable to listen to. Her discussion of the 3rd Chakra (Fire) was interesting, particularly the ways she described how to cultivate it in the body through yoga as well as how to bring it into our daily life. She moved around the room effortlessly as she either demonstrated a position or encouraged a student. Her personal warmth along with her deep understanding of yoga wrapped the room in a spirit of movement, sweat, and togetherness.

Neha P. I liked her very much
Everything. Teachers are experts and every session is a challenge. No pressure to keep up and positive reinforcement is encouraging.
Everything
Taya is an amazing instructor - her teaching style has helped me improve my form so much! 10/10 recommend her class.
Excellent instructors and class comradery- a very positive experience.
I took Mara’s sculpt class for the first time today and I have to say that she was delightful. The class was fast paced and fun, while still being a challenging work out. She was also really warm and welcoming when I checked in at the front desk. Great experience! I can see why her class was so full!
It was challenging and fun at the same time. Instructor was amazing!
I haven’t worked out in years, and Taya did a great job at queuing what my body should be feeling and helping me build confidence.
Great class. Thoughtful teachers
Great to have assists. Please encourage more instructors to give them.
Beth’s sequences were wonderful. I always like when you face the back. Yoga has been around for thousands of years and there’s only been mirrors for the past forty.
Very good music. You can tell that she planned it.
On negative, no student names. Names are part of the audition. Why don’t teachers use names when they teach?
As Dale Carnegie said, "Remember that a person’s name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language."
We should be the Cheers of yoga, correct?
Cheers theme:
Sometimes you wanna go
Where everybody knows your name
And they're always glad you came
You wanna be where you can see (ah-ah)
Our troubles are all the same (ah-ah)
You wanna be where everybody knows your name
The instructor and class structure made it such a fun class and a great workout. Also love that the studio is infrared!
Good instructors, like the studios at Old Town and Uptown (have been to one in the loop and gold coast that felt too cramped), convenient classes/lots of time options (although later in the day on the weekend would be nice.
I choose more of the classes based on time but some of the instructors are amazing. On average overall quality pretty good.
Tory is amazing at camp Bowie! Music is always great and loud (so I can’t hear myself breathing thankfully). Always encouraging and classes are a great vibe!
Studio was nice. Staff is friendly. Classes were good
Environment. Friendly. They helped me and my imited range/mobility.
I took YS with Lauren Legum. She was clear, kind and motivated us to push ourselves yet listen to our body and stay with our breath. She showed modifications and made the workout engaging and fun. I loved her class and will take it again.
Warmly,
Lilach Cohen-Holden
The instructors are kind and knowledgeable. The flows are playful, challenging and sweaty.
Hot yoga sculp is the best.
Great instructors and class selection
There is just something special bout the ppl here that resonate well. My favorite studios are Glenview and Park Ridge. Old Orchard is fun as well .
Incredible full body workout with fun music, amazing instructors
Vinita was an amazing instructor. Three months of hiit training did not prepare me for her class but I could tell the yoga regulars loved her class and even though she kicked my butt so did I. Great place to do yoga.
Yoga instructors and front desk staff are very helpful and upbeat.
Locker room / bathroom is very clean and well organized.
Parking lot has pleanty of room for guests.
Easy to follow directions. Thank you.
Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely Michelle S is an incredible instructor! She’s 100% my new Saturday 9 am section (sorry Keely/Britt from Cow Hollow). She has such a great instructors voice that’s motivating, music was absolutely on point (I want her playlist), sequencing was tough/challenging/unique (I don’t think I’ve done a sequence with that many figure fours), she added just the amount of reps for each poses to the point where you push a little over the limit and challenge yourself but it’s not unbearable. In addition, I like how this studio has natural light that comes in so it’s easier to focus when you’re doing an unbalanced standing pose and can focus on a drishti.
100% would recommend taking Michelle. My only con is I don’t think any of these LA studios are hot enough. It doesn’t seem like they have a humidifier like the SF studios and I like to drip drop SWEAT.
Regardless, I still burnt 792 calories in this class and am happy.
Excellent
Great Class with great Pacing. Returning to a practice is challenging.

Love everything here!!!!
