It was my 1st time to this CP studio. It was tidy, the teacher (Laura C.) was fantastic: professional, experienced and so nicely upbeat! Her sequence had such a nice, fluid flow, which she beautifully infused with positivity and a healthy dose of encouragement! Can’t wait to go again!

Loved Jill!! Best world playlist and theme!!!
The classes are challenging, and instructors are friendly and welcoming. It’s my home away from home.
I was visiting my daughter and came in as a guest. I participated in a class level two. I have never been in a hot yoga room before and was apprehensive about it, but actually, I found it to be quite invigorating. I might consider looking into a Core Power near me.
This new location is great ! The instructors are amazing ! I would recommend this location
