I love my neighborhood CP! The parking is easy, the teachers are fabulous, and I love the variety of classes and times available. I also like that more special events have been happening like the electrolyte/energy drink sponsored class! My only feedback would be to offer more 8am classes throughout the week!
La Mesa is hands down my favorite studio to take my classes at. I would love 8pm HPF offered during the week for those of us who work long days. Thanks!!!!
The class was very challenging but upbeat, great energy, and I felt amazing after. The instructor was very clear with instructions and I felt like I was able to follow along the whole time. Will be back with friends!

I absolutely love CorePower Yoga in Berkeley! The instructors are welcoming, encouraging, and bring such great energy to every class. I always leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and like I got an amazing full-body workout.
The heated classes are challenging in the best possible way, and I really like the combination of yoga, strength, and movement. There are enough different classes and instructors that you can find what works best for you, whether you want a serious workout or a great yoga session.
I especially love how bright and open the Berkeley studio feels. The huge windows make the space feel much more inviting than a typical workout studio.
What keeps me coming back, though, is how I feel afterward. Even when I walk in tired or stressed, I leave feeling energized, accomplished, and in a much better mood. CorePower has become one of my favorite parts of my routine.
Highly recommend giving it a try — especially if you enjoy yoga but also want a challenging workout!

There are so many things to love! The variety of classes, the different locations nearby so I can easily fit a class into a busy work schedule, & the quality of teachers to name a few! I have a favorite location that has become my sanctuary. The teachers are amazing and so welcoming and friendly and consistent. The classes are excellent and I look forward to them every time I go. It’s like a little community. I feel stronger and more grounded than ever!
I was greeted enthusiastically by Rianna for my first class. The class was super hot and super hard which I love! The studio is super clean and well organized. I will be back!
I have never taken a bad class here. Been traveling a lot lately and trying studios in other cities and consistently the Henderson and mockingbird studios are better than the rest. Great teachers with energy and fun sequences

Maggie C. was energenic, efficient and motivating. Her exercises were challenging and she gave great cues on how to modify or elevate each exercise. Great class. Loved it.
I brought a friend that lives nearby for her first time and I think she had a wonderful experience! We really enjoyed Emily's C1 class on Saturday always appreciate the intentions provided especially about not worrying whatever is outside of those 4 studio walls, my friend said that spoke to her significantly. I hope I brought a new member to your studio, thank you for all you consistently do at all studios!
