The instructors are absolutely amazing! I especially love their hands-on approach and how attentive they are. Sometimes I need a little extra assistance to deepen and lengthen my stretch, and I really appreciate having that guidance. The variety of class times and options is fantastic and makes it so easy to find a class that works with my schedule. I’ve really been enjoying the experience!

loved the heated yoga sculpt classes! they were a great workout. Loved the instructor Madeleine's classes. I would like to join regularly, but the monthly membership is high. I wish there was another membership level, like 4 times a month or 8 times a month.

This is my favorite way to start a morning. The instructors are so kind and always have the best flows. The atmosphere is inviting and clean and it’s right next to some great coffee shops for after!
