Not only are the classes strong, fun, efficient, and professional. The rooms are big, clean, full of anything you need. Teachers are so good. Work outs are amazing, music never fails and more importantly everyone is friendly. Has become home away from home.

Variety of class types and quality of instructors. Acceptance and space to modify your practice based on your needs (I never feel badly if I take only something’s and leave the rest. Being over 60 in a sea of young students this really helps)

Core Power hot yoga classes have been life changing. It’s so nice to go to CP Ventura and clear my mind on the mat. The teachers are wonderful. A few know my name and make me feel very comfortable from the second I walk in the lobby. CP is something I talk highly about often. Within my one year of this membership, I’ve convinced a couple of people to get a membership through CP. I’m happy with every class I take. I leave looking like a tomato but always have a smile on my face. - Name removed
Core Power is not just a fitness or yoga studio, it is a community. CP offers a wide variety of classes and coaches with options from 6am-7:15pm so there are pretty much no excuses for making it to class. The Yogi instructors range from young and excited to more seasoned and spiritual offering a truly integrated experience for all ages and experience levels. Thanks CP.
