Finally, they have a diverse music program. Martha is amazing! My sister and I have been going to this location since we moved nearby. It’s a drastic change from the city; people here are less friendly. However, we have found one of our favorite instructors from Monday through Wednesday. My only recommendation is to be more welcoming to people from different cultures who come in. Yes, we are very Latina and the only ones that are in these classes, but a smile goes a long way.

Love the Sauganash studio. It’s a little far but worth the trip. I really love Alana’s class. I used to take her class at Lincoln Park on Sundays, but when I’m able to love to come up to Sauganash to see her.
The studio is very clean. The weights are lovely. The lobby is spacious and the staff and teachers I talk with are very nice thank you for making it a great experience!

This studio is so clean, beautifully set up, and has such genuine staff and clients. Coming from the Fenway studio I was shocked at how much cleaner it was and can tell the effort staff put into running the studio. I have recommended this studio to many friends and want to start going here more consistently!
I would love to see M-F classes offered 5:30-6:15am to allow moms with young kids time to work out and prioritize themselves with enough time to get home to get the kids off to school.

Really love studio - Concerned with the carpets though. Would recommend switching out more often. It is like stepping onto bogs drenching feet in sweat and dirty snow water. Would also recommend small square carpet on the landing down from second floor.
Great community, amazing teachers! All around amazing energy and experience. I am very thankful to have such an uplifting, warm community to help me grow mentally and physically strong!

I love the easy booking and choosing the workout for a day. Instructors are always there at the front desk welcoming each student.. Hermosa studio is nice and clean and smell fresh . Luckily I only once experienced totally full class and it was a bit tight for my liking . Overall experience is great!
I liked the class but not the teacher. She made the class too difficult. The class was packed and I could feel the person next to me breathing on me.
There was a sign at the front desk saying there has been theft at the studio but did not provide any locks to borrow.
For my first time, it was a great experience. I came in with zero knowledge, and the instructor was patient, accommodating, and explained everything clearly, efficiently, and respectfully. The class was very interactive and definitely made me sweat.
