I love corepower but wish there were more hot yoga classes as well as hot yoga candlelight. I also wish it was hotter and the heat would stay on longer seems to cool down way too soon.

I recommend to add class easy or hard level score to each Sculpt class. I took a Friday 11:30 am sculpt class, but it’s no hot and too easy for me. I didn’t not have regular work out as I expected from other sculpt classes.

Lindsey was my instructor and she was AMAZING. The energy was high from start to finish, and the music matched the flow of the exercises perfectly. She brought so much joy and perspective into the room. Lindsey reminded us how lucky we are to be able to move our bodies and made the whole experience feel playful, grounding, and genuinely uplifting. I left feeling stronger and lighter. She brought so much whimsy and positivity to my day!

I love the ample class times from which to choose. It basically ensures that I can maintain consistent practice, which is so beneficial on all levels of my being. I love the creativity-with-structure that the teachers apply to their instruction. The studio is very well-kept, clean, and welcoming. I appreciate being able to shower after heated classes, and move on with my day feeling my best.

Fantastic studio - The jewel in the crown of many CPY studios Jessica the studio manager is a fantastic teacher and facilitator. I come up from Orange County to attend her classes and the SET team is always efficient warm and inviting! Paige, Amanda, and Justin are all FANTASTIC teachers!
