Student Testimonials
Great teachers and clean space
the staff, other members, easy parking. very much prefer this studio to almost any other core power i've been to. location is incredible when compared to most core power studios that in very crowded locations
I love the workouts but sometimes I really struggle to hear the instructors - especially in packed sculpt classes
I also wish something can be done with the smell
Amazing classes and super nice staff. We felt very welcomed for our intro week!
Kind staff
Great classes
Great location
Clean nice facilities
Close to home, lots of classes, Palo Alto is also close enough to go regularly. Solid teachers. Wish there were more C3 classes!
Amazing teachers and the community.
Park Slope has a warm and positive energy like no other CorePower I’ve visited. The teachers are exceptional, encouraging and lead fun and engaging classes.
The studio was clean and the staff was super friendly. I didn’t enjoy heated yoga in the past, but loved it here!
Consistency of classes and the excellence of the teachers

Location, instructors, overall workouts
Chase is one of the best instructors, particularly for CP2. His flow is thoughtful and focused on strength and transitional moves; definitely challenging and designed to coordinate breathing and effort in a combination of strength and balance moves.
The Palo Alto studio has particularly strong instructors across the board.
I love that I can get my workout (yoga sculpt or CP strength) and yoga practices (HPF or C2) done both in one place. There are always many options to pick from that work with my busy schedule. The studio is clean. I love the heated rooms and many options of hot classes. Teachers are very good too.
My only complaint is the parking that sometimes gets too full and/or the classes that sometimes get overcrowded.
Caring instructors and unique workouts every time!
I liked the instructor, Ananda, her playlist, and that it wasn't TOO hot!!
The Torrance studio has a neighborhood vibe; teachers know the students and the students know each other for the most part. We are familiar with each other and are excited when we see each other out in the community or at other studios.
The instructors are overall fantastic as well. Not everyone teaches exactly the same and I love the variety of styles: slow C2 made intense by super slow movement and long holds, consistent C2 focused on heart opening or inversions, etc. Also love the addition of the 5am CSX classes -- what a great way to begin the day! Core Restore is a nice way to end the day and I wish there were more of those available.
Super friendly, super nice great facility
CorePower offers a class for every mood—whether you want to reset in a heated C2/C3, sweat it out with weights and music in Sculpt, or build strength in CX. The UES location has incredible teachers who bring the energy, curate great playlists, and make the most of every 45–60 minutes.
My favorite part? Savasana often ends with a reminder: “Be proud you made this time for yourself.” A simple sentiment, but one that always lands.
It's fun, and you get a great workout! All the instructors are great.
My girlfriend introduced me to the sculpt classes a couple months ago and since I have been coming 2-3 times a week. The classes are rigorous and a really good workout. The instructors are super motivating, especially when you feel like you have nothing left in the tank, they always push you to go across the finish line. They also make it feel like a super welcoming space and community which I really have appreciated (specifically Ava, Sofia, Sydney, and Lauren). I am moving to California so I will miss coming to these classes every week but I can't recomend them enough, they have done so much good for me!!
love all the teachers and it's a wonderful community
My voice is telling me to say that you don’t wanna know what I like and what I don’t like because I’m scared but the question is so simple. What do I like? What I like is that I’m getting better every day I’m turning into a performer and that it’s allowing me to go at the beat of the music, which means that one doesn’t have to stand still and sit still with music with music one is able to keep going and become stronger. Music is our auto pilot. It might not make certain parts of our bodies stronger, but it keeps us moving and in movement however, the left side of my body is still more or less weaker and paralyzed, and I cannot have that I refuse to continue at the pace that I’m continuing at without resolving that issue I will keep going, but that is a priority for me that needs to happen. I need to be pulled apart and stretched out on my left side. Yoga cannot do that. Accupuncture is too slow. There must be something else.
Love 💕 corepower yoga !! Love it 🥰
Love the classes variety and the staff
Love the schedule and availability of classes. The bathroom and cleanliness is not great though. Would love to see a little more attention to that.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and kind. The studio is very clean. There is variety in the schedule and class times are accommodating.
Gina is one of the best teachers! CPY should do their best to retain her.
Also, every class should have cold towels at the end!!
Very pleased with my first two classes - can't wait to come back!

Instructors were very friendly and welcoming. Made sure as a new guest I had everything I needed.
