This was my visit to a CorePower Yoga club and class and I was very pleasantly surprised by the layout, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff upon entering. I will be returning for sure.
The teachers are consistently great, there are tons of classes to choose from and the benefits both physically and mentally are fantastic.

quality and variety of classes. great instructors even with same instructor I learn at least a few new exercises each time and that is after 200 plus classes

Great energy. Would love the Roscoe Village Location to offer Full Body Strength at 8:15 am Fridays instead of always Upper Body.

Nice studio and good and friendly staff. I enjoy the Yoga sculpt class, it's a great workout.
The classes and instructors are generally good for the most part. That said I am not a fan of CorePower Yoga community members that try to disrupt my practice and peace of mind and I can easily do without them and do not want to be near them.
Loved the sculpt class and the lohi space is exceptional
It was an amazing experience for all levels, I felt so supported and challenged in my workouts. Loved the teachers and the time off my phone
The intense work outs by instructors
The classes and instructors are generally good. That said I am not a fan of certain CorePower Yoga community members that disrupt my practice and my peace of mind. I can easily do without such community members and I do not want to be near such people.
