Fresh Pond center is the best
The staff is friendly and welcoming.
Every instructor is so friendly and greets you with a smile when you walk in. The classes are challenging but not in a miserable way and leave you feeling amazing. I LOVE Erynne’s classes so much and they are genuinely the highlight of my day!
The community!
Excellent class. I can't wait to return!
I liked the instruction and the exercises and the music
This studio is welcoming, and Marjan, in particular, is very warm and approachable. She is an exceptional instructor, and the main draw for me at the Poway location. The studio itself is large and the accompanying facilities are well maintained.
Bridgette is an amazing instructor. She always cues breathing which is super important. She cues alinement which really helps. She asks for requests and leads a beautiful strong practice. I can't say enough good things about her🥰
The classes are great and the staff is super friendly.
The instructors and the class variety
