I love this studio. Out of all the ones I’ve been to this one feels like home. It is evident that there is a strong community among both teachers and students. The studio has also become a lot cleaner recently an I think it’s a reflection of the new management and the process and standards in place that everyone has been upholding as a result. Even though Nob is no longer the CPY closest to my house, I still travel the distance to flow here when I can.
Teachers make each session so energizing and push students to do their best!

First, I love the class. The class is wonderful for me to stretch out my body and to become stronger. Second, every instructor has been amazing. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and motivating.
Love the versatility of the classes from C2 yoga to YS. Great over all fitness can be achieved all under the same roof. Life changing.

Great instructors and workouts
Issues include mold on the ceiling around the light fixtures that I reported over a month ago and absence of cleaning wipes for our mats.
Jacqueline made the experience perfect. Warm welcome, energetic and well sequenced class taught to all levels that was challenging yet accessible. Great way to start my day.
Studio was clean and upkept. Equipment was fairly organized.
