There has been a clear effort to offer lots of C2 / yoga classes both days of the weekend, which is wonderful - especially during a busy time of year, it’s great to be able to go to a different class as needed based on my changing schedule. Thanks!
Heather is an amazing instructor. Her class is always challenging and fun. She incorporates different types of movements yet manage to make it look easy. Amber, the studio manager. is very friendly and positive. This studio has such a calm aura.

I love 90% of the teachers – the classes are all challenging in a good way and the staff is super friendly. The restrooms are clean and the whole environment is just very welcoming.
Here the Yoga is great, the teachers are friendly and classes are well scheduled and good vibes. The facilities are always outstanding at all Corepower locations. But I do think Blackhawk plaza needs police presence. It's too dark and isolated in the parking lot, we need security and police presence. Why not rt?

A great workout. No fluff, so if you want a serious workout, try this out. I will be back.
Our instructor kept us motivated to keep going and that it was a challenge. You can feel every bit of pose and workout she tells you to do. Id go again
