It was a good experience, but the emails didn't sync up to how many days I had left on my free week promo. I thought I had 3 more days but when i called they said it expired.
Mavis was fantastic! I informed her ahead of class about possible movement limitations. She remembered and offered various modification options throughout class which is greatly appreciated.

As a woman in my 30s, movement has started to feel different than it did when I was younger. I used to absolutely love moving my body, but over the years, it became harder to find something that challenged me while still feeling good and meaningful.
Then I found this place.
The hot room gives me that extra level of challenge I didn’t even know I was looking for. Every class may have familiar movements, but somehow every single one challenges me in a completely different way — physically, mentally, and emotionally. I leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and honestly just proud of myself.
What I love most is that this has become more than just exercise for me. It has reminded me of a part of myself that I had forgotten for a very long time.
Lately, I’ve even found myself dreaming about becoming a teacher someday. It feels like I’m reconnecting with what my 18-year-old self really wanted for her life — a version of me that got a little lost along the way.
I’m so grateful I found my way back to her. And I’m so grateful I found this studio along the way. ❤️
If you’re looking for a place that will challenge you, support you, and maybe even help you rediscover a part of yourself you forgot existed, I couldn’t recommend this place more.
The instructor was very nice, the facilities were very clean and had pretty much everything you could need, and the class was challenging while not making me feel like I was in over my head, the modifications were very helpful!
