Arizona Paradise Valley studio made my transfer to our new life and environment experience smooth! The studio and the management and all the coaches, I highly appreciate them all! This community because of its way of serving our neighborhood made such huge value and difference to my life as a wife, mother, author and a philanthropist. This is where I find my reminders of connecting to my highest truth and to the mindful people around me I am adapting and learning from them. The coaches are highly recommended as well, they lead the class with beyond you can expect! A place for grounding indeed and remembering who you are. This is my experience! Join us!🙏

I love hot yoga classes and Ken's classes. I've had a harder time finding many hot offerings lately and teachers that know hot well. I will for sure come back to this class.
I thought the Instructor Presley was amazing. Her intention for the class was really meaningful and she was consistently supportive to everyone there. I would take her class everyday if I could! She also worked us really hard which is exactly what you hope for when you show up for class.

Not only is it a great studio with great teachers but I had a complaint about the brightness of the skylights in one room (which I’ve been complaining about for years and were made worse from a recent remodel) and the new studio manager saw to it that they were darkened! It’s so much better and I’m very grateful! Thank you for not only listening but taking action!
