The instructors are amazing!! Not only do they give you some awesome workouts they really encourage you and motivate you to continue on without being aggressive or pushy about it! Really a bunch of wonderful people helping people of all body shapes and capabilities feel good, strong, confident and capable!! Just an overall great environment and the members are great as well. It’s like our own little workout family 🥰
Many of their teachers are very knowledgeable, play good music, and they’re very nice. I’d like to make them my home gym instead of Uptown.

Challenging workouts, great community and variety of classes
The studio was really clean and quaint with the string lights around the mirrors in the studio and the staff were super friendly! I had never been to this studio nor tried the instructor before but everything was great!
I always get a great workout. I love the variety of classes. Some days i need yoga and some days i want to work on strength training. CP has it all.
I love CorePower I come every morning. I deff would love to see some updates to the locker room, maybe some better ventilation in there, but the classes and teachers are wonderful.

Linnea was great, very nice & welcoming. I definitely want to come back if my schedule allows. Also, I think I was the one who made the booking mistake and booked her class for the wrong date. I didn’t realize it when I went home. But I’m glad that Linnea was able to manually clock me in so that I could take her class still!
I love all the dedicated yoga teachers who help their students become healthy mind, body and soul!

I attended 3 classes here in one week and I was very satisfied. The studios and bathrooms were all clean. The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. The instructors all had great playlist.
I love how I get to disengage my mind from the outside world and allow my body to move and strengthen.
I love the proximity to my home, the wonderful instructors (very proud of the new teachers who are all doing so well & quickly), the variety of classes, the nice big room in the front, the variety of music, the new water filter with green light & other improvements to the studio, & the lovely manager.

This is my home away from home, the staff have such a fun and tender way of building a community that it's addicting and I want to come back every day! The studio is bigger than most of the others but still consistently clean and welcoming. The class schedules are nicely staggered and always consistent, making it really easy to create a schedule for members that have other obligations. The challenges offered every 6 months are a super fun way to mix things up and force yogis to try new instructors and class formats, especially the local Bingo card!! I absolutely love it here and I am so grateful to have the means to be a part of this wonderful community. <3
