I gracefully attended Sue's Sculpt Class at 11 am on Monday the 9th in Maple Grove and was more than pleasantly surprised! Later I learned she is an "accomplished" ironwoman triathlete and her class reflected her athleticism with great music and guidance!
I really enjoyed the instructions and flow! I've already shared with a friend and hope to return with them soon.

Was visiting SF for the week. Went on Sunday evening and the staff was SO welcoming. Monday was really busy but was still greeted kindly. Classes were challenging and fun.

The instructors are fantastic and the studios are nice and large. I like that it it a good balance of all of the Core Power offerings but would love to see more HPF classes! I am coming back to my practice after a 15 year break and everyone at this studio has been so welcoming and encouraging.

The community and the humidity. The latter is unavailable in most studios.

The instructors are kind, caring and always challenging. I'm greeted by the most pleasant humans, no doubt that they are happy to be there and enjoy what they do. I leave better than when I arrive, every time.
Ling was AMAZING!!! I really got a great workout and the music was fantastic PLUS Ling is just an all around rock star!!!
