I enjoy the 75 minute duration, beginning with some breath work and gradual start to the sequence. The instructor was knowledgeable and friendly. The temperature and humidity were well maintained throughout the class and the music was well suited for the energy. I love experiencing CPY in different locations when I travel. It’s always fun to visit a new studio!
CPY is a great place to workout as all the various classes are designed to meet you where you’re at to start in both body and mind.
The teachers are very professional as they all have taken extensive training. They start the classes ON TIME! They have positive energy as they guide you through the classes, start to finish.
Socializing and getting to know other members is icing on the cake. Although mostly younger members, there are members of ALL ages and genders… a great melting pot of ppl to connect with.
CPY has become a part of my wellness life style at age 71!

Shaw Instructors are the best ! I rotate thru a few studios in D.C and Shaw is the best . I wish the studio was bigger.
I love the instructors and the pace of the classes. I am a beginner and I still stay in the back row because I lack the confidence of "knowing the right moves" honestly, the instructors are so easy to work with and I am getting so comfortable "going with their flow" I love it here!

Well managed clean studio with great yoga schedule for C2 and YS classes.
Early morning 600 am strength class would be nice once per week.
This studio is fantastic. They really embody the spirit of be who you are, do what you can, listen to your body. I felt welcome and supported from the first time I attended a class here. I’ve brought friends and they felt welcomed. Kelly, the manager, is inclusive and respectful of different identities in a way that Ive rarely encountered.

One thing, Tatum announced at the beginning of sculpt that she had turned the heat off ?? It’s a huge reason why we go and I was disappointed and then opening the door throughout class ???
I most definitely was suggest this place because it's empowering and the teachers are so respectfully amazing and they'll help you even if you're a beginner to the more advanced student and I really do appreciate for having a week to really enjoy it but I will be most definitely coming back myself as a member because I do believe that you know your own personal growth comes from you and I feel like yoga has definitely helped me discover that

It's a different experience with the the high temperature.
My workout at CorePower was AWESOME! Yes, it was chalengening but so worth it. The instructor was so clear, with purpose, and fun! Great workout! Addie, the instructor, was very good! I'll be back!
Corepower has been absolutely amazing. I thought I would hate the heat but I love it and I feel so refreshed after every class. The focus of breathing through exercise and coming to class with intention for the day has been an incredible learning experience. The instructors are always so kind and supportive and just want to see you give your best, whatever it is for that day.

Combination type classes so can get good workout and also restore. Locations near work and home so can find classes that fit in schedule.
