April is awesome she’s so helpful and actively helps fix your form in class to improve your workout!! she is also very encouraging and helps get you through cardio and those last reps that feel impossible!
I much prefer a teacher that can control the heat in hpf - which is hard to do. afternoons at 4:30 become almost too hot, often 111-112 on thermostat. is that accurate? most say its even hotter than that. this is all in del mar. 7:30am is more manageable heat wise.
i also prefer teachers who dont play dance track, monotonous, drumbeat, no melody, no vocal music. I'll likely not attend those classes. Also, teachers that blast the music and change songs right in the middle, seem to focus more on the music, less on the yoga. Maybe i was enjoying that song, and then the dj, or teacher, changes the station in mid song.
bathrooms are ok. mens room is too small. often the urinal stinks. thank you for fixing the shower curtain in the handicap shower.

So far, I have had nothing but amazing experiences from my classses, and teachers. Every one of them waits for us all to leave, and I have the opportunity to chat and share motivation for the week. I have enjoyed the personal attention, and the centering from class.
It was amazing! I would definitely go back….the heat was intense and the instructor was awesome. Good cues and great flow!

I enjoy the workouts, but the community feel is what sets it apart from other programs. La Mesa has instructors that make you feel welcome and are inviting. Can’t get enough of it.
I have been loving the Sunday community class and the 7pm Monday and Wednesday hot classes! All of the instructors I've met (Sanjiv, Britney, Abby, and Mary) have been so welcoming and helpful. I have loved the pace of the hot classes and the difficulty adjustments that can be made to make each movement easier or more difficult. I can't wait to come back for another class!

My experience has been fantastic both in person and online. I would recommend this establishment because of their community efforts and a sense of peace.
The instructors are excellent. They’re very knowledgeable and provide outstanding prompts and suggestions. The practice rooms are always clean. And I can always find the perfect class no matter what time of day.

For a first time yoga experience I found it doable.
As a first timer I was trying to really hard to follow the teachers voice but sometimes could not here it because of her position the room or the loud music. Maybe get a soft microphone………
I love going to practice yoga at the Woodbridge studio. All the instructors are amazing and I always enjoy every class I take.
I look forward every day to take an hour of my day and dedicated it to my body. That makes my day!!

I recently just completed my 600 class and I will never get tired of the classes, teachers and the mental and physical workout Yoga continuously brings. Thank you all teachers who show up daily with the most positive and encouraging attitudes. Each one of my teachers inspires me different ways.
Also, they have so many classes all day and with multiple studios available.
Staffing are so good and friendly . Good environment

Lily M at 5:30am was the best class! Great music and awesome cardio mixed in for a song. Phenomenal mix of arms and legs. Best workout! Would 10/10 recommend.

I loved the note the instructor left for each of us at the end of the first class at this new studio. It was such a nice thoughtful touch and a great way to set a wonderful tone for this new community.
