Love the classes and variety and it's close to where I live.
Only issue is speaker volume toooo high damaging ears in sculpt classes and I cannot hear the instructions - basically I pay for not getting good instructions and have damaged hearing afterwards.
The studio has excellent instructors.
I love how the temperature and exercise create combination in toning my body. Super worked for my body. Toned my muscles and feel like it kind of sculpted my over all look. Super love it, huge fan - I don’t even know how many people I took them for the class.

However, the capability to dim lights are missed. Also, the room does not get very hot.

Old Town is a great studio. Nice locker rooms. Both studios are big and have natural lighting. Staff is very friendly!
