I took a restorative yoga class at CorePower and it was exactly what my body needed. The studio was calm, clean, and welcoming, and the instructor guided us through the session with a really grounding, intentional energy. The pacing was slow in the best way — enough time to settle into each posture and actually feel my nervous system unwind. I walked out feeling lighter, clearer, and genuinely restored. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I love all of the Core Power classes, especially the yoga sculpt sessions! The instructors choose great, lively music that pairs well to the exercises. I love getting my sweat on at Core Power!

CorePower has been so amazing for me and my body. It relaxes me and stretches me! I always feel so good in the heat and love it when it's over as I feel the sweat and grind really paid off. The heat has been wonderful for my skin, losing weight and staying toned. The teachers 98% of the time are outstanding! I love bringing my family to share in my joy of exercising!
