I love love love it here! Signing up for a membership is the best thing I've done for myself all year. I really like all the teachers—haven't had a bad experience yet—and I like that every class varies in terms of music! My only minor call out is when classes get pretty full and people take up too much space (which I know is not the fault of the studio/instructors!), it would be so great if the instructors could encourage people to make room. We make do, but what tends to happen is portions of the room are sprawled out and then the other parts of the room are so crammed. It would just be nice if we could get some reinforcement to be mindful of where you lay your mat and how that affects other people.
In a perfect world everyone would be mindful of this on their own, but unfortunately that's not the reality.
Otherwise I am so happy!

Have had a good experience, but wish there were more classes/class times. The wait list is stressful but I’m almost always needing to wait list. I don’t want to be charged for not going to a 7:30 AM class if I didn’t expect to get off the waitlist and sleep instead! Also with childcare it’s tough, but can make 7/7:30 classes work bc a toddler doesn’t wake up until 9. Just tricky bc I avoid paying for babysitters, so I’m joining a gym with childcare. I love CPY and have loved it for years.

First and foremost the people including the staff, teachers and community who go there. It is also convenient and love the free parking.

That even though it is part of a corporate entity, it doesn't feel that way - it is a small community of wonderful instructors and students It is awesome to have a studio just minutes away to gather.

Everything. The check in is simple and smooth, accessing the website is easy. All the people that work there are friendly and nice, and I love he workouts. The teachers always come prepared and I get a good workout in.

Sydney’s yoga sculpt class was awesome!
It's the best mix of movement and stretching in ways I wouldn't otherwise. The routines are great - they are enjoyable, unique, they push me but not too far, and modifications are always allowed as needed. There's lots of flexibility in how you go through the class in the way that's best for you. I also love all the instructors I've had in Old Town :)
Some of my favorite instructors are at this studio (& it's really the instructors that make or break a studio so kudos for hiring great people!)
