Mara is such a wonderful instructor! Meets you where you’re at and is so motivating. Helps you push to do your best but in a balanced way. She’s thoughtful and intentional with her practice. Really focused on everyone in the space and gives Corepower this community feeling! Thank you for all you do, always looking forward to Mara’s classes!!

Amy L was a fantastic instructor at the Deerfield IL location. Had an awesome playlist, challenging yet achievable flow and was very attentive to everyone's skill levels. I also appreciated the hands on assists.
Clean, fresh studio with heating panels in ceiling vs. loud humidifier/heaters. Also great studio lighting!

I enjoy the physical and mental challenge of taking instruction from and trying to keep up with people who are practicing at higher levels than I am. I like that the teachers teach to the top of the pack and offer every opportunity for everyone to work towards the higher levels with instruction and encouragement through the entire class.
