Love the classes and the teachers are all excellent. It was tough going a month without heat for hot yoga, but it is finally back.
Everyone is very attentive when I walk in. Instructions are very talented and knowledgeable! I always look forward to my sessions.
my instructor!!! Grace is so amazing. She is kind, friendly, encouraging, and genuine. you can feel her love for what she does in every sequence. she is patient and always checks in with the class to make sure that everyone is doing alright.
I wasn’t sure that I could do sculpt when I first started but grace is the reason I keep coming back and i feel myself getting stronger every session!
I pray that she knows how much she is loved and appreciated. Praying that God will give her strength to continue to show up even in hard moments and seasons. Praying that her light continues to shine in and outside of the studio. In Jesus name!

I love the variety that teachers offer in their sequences. It is so nice to do something different almost every time I come to class. I also love the energy and music. It’s a great community.
I love compower, but the room should have been hotter and would be nice if students were encouraged to practice together vs doing their own thing while the rest of class is trying to balance.
