The staff were so kind! Yvette and Alana were so accommodating to me when I was having some trouble during the class and had to step out. Yvette went out out of her way to sit with me and make sure I was doing okay and I felt really taken care of. Despite having a bad physical experience, I feel more informed about the class difficulties and am looking forward to trying again another time!
My instructor Claire was amazing! She made the class flow so well.
This is a space for everyone don’t get me wrong, but I’d also like to think of it as a space that humbles men regularly, and that makes my heart smile bc someone needs to do it.

I love the new studio and the overall vibe. I love the teachers and the classes. Downtown Bklyn is super close to where I live so I find myself coming to this studio often.
Mandy is so inspiring, her music is beautiful, her explanation of how to get into pose makes me feel safe. The studio is clean and everyone is so nice, and the class wasn't the perfect temperature.

However I do wish more evening CSX classes were offered. They feel very limited
The instructor was very good at giving both tips on improvements and also providing a lot of options for different levels of experience.
The instructor Sophie is super engaging and is encouraging and offers variations of the moves for all participants at varying skill levels. She made herself available after class to take feedback and discuss the class/workout.

The studio is welcoming, clean, supportive and the instructors are well-trained. I've enjoyed Bridgeport classes for over a decade. The ease of parking, bright space, music selection and high caliber of instruction is unbeatable.

This studio was so beautiful inside, with so much space and I loved the locker room cleanliness. It was my first time at CorePower and it was challenging but doable and the instructor was amazing.
The instructor did such a wonderful job. Played the best music, was so encouraging, and she created a great atmosphere.
Will definitely come back next time.
I love the variety of classes and locations. Definitely is a great exercise to add to your regular routine. Great for flexibility, low impact on joints and helps sleep.

The classes are wonderful when the instructor wears a headset and keeps the music not too high. I do not come in for the loud music but love medium volume
The experience was amazing. I was able to do a lot in the hot yoga class before having to take a break. The music was 90s relaxing music which I loved the most. The poses were not too hard. My instructor was great, she was understanding and allowed room for us all to be ourselves.
There is such a community at Grand Ave and I look forward to every class. I’ve been a member for a long time and can’t imagine my life without this studio!!
