Everything so far.
I've only been to this studio twice but I love it so far. I took 2 Pilates classes and both of my instructors were very knowledgeable & helped me when I needed it. The studio is clean, has a great atmosphere, and only has a max of 8 people in a class! I have already recommended CoreWorks to my friends and mom & I will be returning

Coreworks' instructors are knowledgeable about how the body works and puts safety first. Calm atmosphere and classes. It is a fun way to take care of myself.
I took the intro to equipment class, and had a great experience. The woman who was at the front desk was very nice, and helpful (wonderful service!!). The woman who hosted the instruction class was very thorough and clear about instruction, while still providing a workout as the class moved on. The facility feels very personal, and less like a turn and burn gym class. I loved it and cant wait to take more classes.

I enjoyed the class I took
This place is super clean, mindfully and movingly cute, and has just about anything you'd need to get the most out of your visit, including hot water for tea! I would definitely go back if I didn't have to get on an airplane. :-) You are wonderful.

I absolutely love Pilaes all the classes and teachers I have tried are amazing. It’s the best work out I have ever tried.
Les knows his business. He is a very knowledgeable person who can help you achieve your goals. I am 73 years old and he helped me develop a program that fits my needs. This is not a large gym with a lot of machines, so I don't feel lie I am competing and I can do my own thing at my own pace. Highly recommend it.
Love the classes and the instructors all have excellent working knowledge.
I like the Zoom classes. You could have students in classroom and also a camara in classroom and people participating from home at the same time.
