Yoga Instructor checked her credentials as she is certified and experienced. Class was welcoming of all yoga levels and explanation clear. Plus great tips for awareness of body and mind. Last the price for an hour long yoga class is excellent!

I took Doreen’s Barre class virtually. She does an incredible job guiding you through the proper positions, keeping you motivated and kicking your butt!! Great workout. Great instructor.
You try hard to accommodate everyone with many different class and price options. Your instructors are reliable and fun to work with. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and it is a joy to exercise in that kind of environment.
