My back pain is getting better by using core muscle. I like the instructors, too. They always ask before class how we feel and where they want us to focus on today.

The classes are challenging but also provide accommodations for people who are still progressing. My flexibility, core strength, and fitness level has improved tremendously!!
Pilates reformer was not challenging but I am a lifter so maybe it’s too easy for my level.

I was a beginner taking my first reformer barre class The instructor was amazing , explained the moves really well. The class size was small which was less intimidating. Loved it. Will go back
The space is very clean, and inviting and cozy at the same time. I have had two great private sessions with Fran. I chose to do private because I want familiarity the reformer.

The gym is clean and never crowded. My personal trainer Les really knows his stuff. It’s not just a workout - he has a holistic approach that incorporates mindfulness, movement, breath work, and nutrition - it’s been life changing.

Coreworks is a wonderful, unique community. The instructors are exceptionally gifted in explaining postures and movement so that every motion feels successful.
Love the variety of classes, each teacher is unique and it is never the same class twice. They are great to work with once signed up adding classes is a cinch.
